3. Referral Tracking

Affiliates are provided with unique tracking links. Commissions are credited only for verified referrals tracked through these links. Toomotions is not responsible for tracking issues caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party software.

4. Commission & Payments

Commission rates, payout schedules, and payment thresholds are defined within the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Payments may be delayed or withheld in cases of fraud, refunds, or policy violations.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved Toomotions branding and marketing materials. Unauthorized modification or misuse of logos, trademarks, or content is not permitted.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Trademark bidding without authorization

  • Cookie stuffing or artificial traffic generation

  • Promotion of illegal, offensive, or unethical content

7. Account Suspension & Termination
